You have 14 days from the delivery date to try your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. We offer free returns for GCC, US, UK, Egypt, and Jordan. For other countries, you are responsible for return shipping.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. You can raise a return request only once per order, so please select all items you wish to return. The courier will arrange for pickup from your location.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return the products for a refund (or voucher) and then place a new order for the desired item.

You can choose to receive a refund as a voucher or to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as vouchers only.

Yes, returns of socks are not accepted. Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact to be eligible for return.

UAE:
- Dubai: Same Day (if ordered before 4pm) - 15 AED
- Abu Dhabi/Sharjah: Same Day (if ordered before 12pm) - 15 AED
- All Emirates: Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days) - 10 AED (Free for orders above 198 AED)

Saudi Arabia:
- Express Delivery (2-4 Working Days) - 20 AED (Free for orders above 299 AED)

Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman:
- Express Delivery (2-7 Working Days) - 30 AED (Free for orders above 698 AED)

Qatar:
- Express Delivery (2-4 Working Days) - 50 AED (Free for orders above 898 AED)

International (UK, USA, Rest of World):
- Express Delivery (2-7 Working Days) - 30 AED

No duties or taxes are due on delivery for: KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, UK, Egypt, Jordan, and Australia. For other countries, customs and import duties may apply and are payable by the customer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it may have already been processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify items in an order once placed. You may need to cancel and reorder.
